is this called REBORN
i doubt I am reborn: u have not heard from me for a long time and I sit now in some sanity and some sadness : in the actual reality of what it is to be hunted with energy? awareness now of things I never knew of many and an absolute dis interest in the human being: a kindness and softness maybe never known and also some arrogance as to what I am being called to do: live life day to day as a normal chic with no agenda?

TO EVOLVE
We are at a pivotal collective time where we experience at an individual level that which unites us all. The individual and the collective are one. This means the veil between the worlds - 3 D world and the world of what cannot be seen is NO longer separate. They are one, therefore for many of us we will experience the creative impulse and/or tension surging through our bodies. We are accustomed to thinking this is a personal issue we are facing. We may label this as anxiety, depression, an illness as if it is something wrong with who we are. At an individual level we will have obstacles to embrace and patterns coded within that are deeply unconscious. We share many unconscious beliefs at a collective level yet have our own unique story with how this is manifested in our lives. The reality though is their really is only one story we all share - we just act it out in various ways.
This tension is the force that unites us all and is the call to EVOLVE.
We share collective wounds and ego patterns that if being called to evolve need to be transcended and included to experience liberation and freedom. This gig is what many feel right now and it calls us out of the ways we identify with ourselves, concepts we have taken as givens and ways of living we have known.
This force when harnessed is the greatest gift to ourselves and our unification - it frees you to be who you are here to be fully expressed. Yet we are terrorfied because it cannot be seen, understood and controlled. It does not make sense at a logical level. It squashes all that we have known to be true.
If this is what you experience this is your call to action - to choose to access the ARTIST within you, the free spirit, the passionate and genuine aspect of self that not only brings truth and security to your way of being but will inspire others and indirectly affect the world we live within.
The values we share, the collective ego that controls us as 'righteous indignation' is being broken. Individuals taking a stand for a life of integrity and goodness make this happen. As more and more people are courageous and follow their divine imprint to co create an evolving humanity we will genuinely create something radically new.
The delight then of being alive today is a pure joy and ignites our freedom of expression living an awakened and unified life.
Andrew Cohen writes here regarding this pattern we share at a collective level and the opportunity for those of us that feel this force to evolve.

TRANSLATION versus TRANSFORMATION
If you want to transform you will reach a place that opens up pure transformation. Until that point you will have translated information to suit you gathering more resources, distinctions and qualification of existence. We need to translate and transform at the same time they work together. When the ego is less identified with 'looking good' we will enter this phase of transformation and this is when our life really changes. This is when we evolve and when we truly know thyself and at the same time transcend self. This is when we are courageous and experience what it is to be free and simultaneously opened right up. This becomes the GIG when this happens - the gig of expressing this and what is true for us all - as Ken says we then have to start SHOUTING.....
" But with transformation, the very process of translation itself is challenged, witnessed, undermined and eventually dismantled. With typical translation, the self (or subject) is given a new way to think about the world (or objects); but with radical transformation, the self itself is inquired into, looked into, grabbed by its throat and literally throttled to death. Put it one last way: with horizontal translation—which is by far the most prevalent, widespread and widely shared function of religion — the self is, at least temporarily, made happy in its grasping, made content in its enslavement, made complacent in the face of the screaming terror that is in fact its innermost condition. With translation, the self goes sleepy into the world, stumbles numbed and nearsighted into the nightmare of samsara, is given a map laced with morphine with which to face the world. And this, indeed, is the common condition of a religious humanity, precisely the condition that the radical or transformative spiritual realizers have come to challenge and to finally undo. For authentic transformation is not a matter of belief but of the death of the believer; not a matter of translating the world but of transforming the world; not a matter of finding solace but of finding infinity on the other side of death. The self is not made content; the self is made toast." Ken Wilber http://www.enlightennext.org/magazine/j12/wilber.asp?page=1
When the self is made toast the self becomes free, when this happens we become divinity in action, we incorporate spirit and being ness into our daily lives. The idea of soul and life purpose is how we translate information to suit ourselves and where we reside. It is conceptual and a compartmentalized activity we use to feel good. When it is integrated beyond our self serving need and it is really GOT deeply within - we walk as a humble human wrapped in the glow of what it is to know the maker runs through me. To know I am the maker, to know I am what is and to know all of it and none of it matters. The 'I' is aware and the 'I' within no longer exists.
“Let it start right here, right now, with us—with you and with me—and with our commitment to breathe into infinity until infinity alone is the only statement that the world will recognize. Let a radical realization shine from our faces, and roar from our hearts, and thunder from our brains—this simple fact, this obvious fact: that you, in the very immediateness of your present awareness, are in fact the entire world, in all its frost and fever, in all its glories and its grace, in all its triumphs and its tears. You do not see the sun, you are the sun; you do not hear the rain, you are the rain; you do not feel the earth, you are the earth. And in that simple, clear, unmistakable regard, translation has ceased in all domains, and you have transformed into the very Heart of the Kosmos itself—and there, right there, very simply, very quietly, it is all undone. Wonder and remorse will then be alien to you, and self and others will be alien to you, and outside and inside will have no meaning at all. And in that obvious shock of recognition—where my Master is my Self, and that Self is the Kosmos at large, and the Kosmos is my Soul—you will walk very gently into the fog of this world, and transform it entirely by doing nothing at all.” Ken Wilber

DO I CREATE THE WHOLE OF MY REALITY?

What makes my work unique and different for people who want to investigate personal growth and evolution is we include much of the norms and beliefs re transformation YET we add onto this. This means it can look full on and detailed but we make this process easy and simple.
I will use a common example that many people come to me asking.
The new age core belief that runs is "I create the whole of my reality" . Often then we make distinctions regarding wounds eg: I grew up in an abusive household or was abused as child hence my pattern of self attack and attracting abusive people into my life.
This belief system is common and if we choose to believe in this from an absolute perspective it looks like I AM THE MAKER which ironically rejects divinity and affirms the ego.
I refer to levels of consciousness and development which I utilize and love the fun diagram of this above. This helps me understand the people I work with. For people moving from Level 5 Orange meme seeking change, success and transformation this belief is often where they start.
Way we see it is I am a creator, the creative impulse runs through me. My ego defines things and creates understanding. A healthy relationship to my feminine and masculine aspects of goodness is key. If I co create my life and the world I live then my thoughts and feelings direct energy into creation. Maybe this is true and we also like to suggest that the The Maker works through you. A healthy relationship with our goodness which fuels being ness and humility means creation is effortless. That engenders less mental analysis of how and why you are creating your reality. The ego identification actually hinders creation in the now as it takes you away from the NOW. We think it is useful and it is yet is most useful when it is working for us aligned with our goodness. Now creation means you develop capacity of trust and acting moment to moment. Living in the NOW looks like the past is not what you carry in thoughts, beliefs, emotional patterns - it correlates as a free energy system and one that is really present to life moment to moment. When we dissect our creation or events using the ego we actually are NOT in the moment.
Where people get stuck when they commence their growth is this often becomes their mantra and when it is an absolute we tend to simplify our understanding of a teaching. What I see is we all have the best intentions to live by this yet it actually only continues to fuel the cause and effect relationship we have with life. There is a world that includes and transcends cause and effect that includes YOU and what you actively create plus what you allow to be created through you. This opens up unity with yourself and genuine communion with other people when we are not so engaged in our own creation yet fully accessed as a creator.
For example: We are in a business or personal relationship and we continue to create tension regarding an issue. The New Age way to deal with this is to see that you create the dynamic and your participation. Then you may choose to do it differently and act in a new way. Sometimes you will experience a new reality other times nothing changes. Is that because of you? Is that the other person? Is that your reflection? There might be some blame, regret, humility experienced maybe, maybe not. The ego is clever it loves to be acknowledged and to make distinctions. If this is just cognitively GOT then it will most likely continue to be what you play out.
Is that real transformation or change? I don't think so, for sustainable transformation I value and utilize the AQAL map of Ken Wilber below that suggests we look at the individual, the body and behaviour, the world and the culture we live within when we want transformation of any kind.
That would suggest this belief is one part of a puzzle and goes beyond it being a mental concept. The charge we create with one another in relating is often responsive to our energy and polarity – we experience this as a tension, sadness, resentment etc. It is also contributed by our belief systems of self and what we ignore (our darkness) is what we project onto someone else. Our responses and reactions can be affected by our emotional body and past wounds re childhood. It is also affected by collective dynamics for example: power dynamics between men and women that go back centuries. It is also affected by our biology, neurology and mental health. The ways we process information and our perceptive abilities. It is also affected by relationship dynamics that relate to our parents and how we have learnt to relate with one another. It can also be affected by the collective energy, shifts and changes. Here are a few examples of how multiple factors contribute to our experience of life and NOT all of that is created consciously by YOU. Yet at the same time because we know conceptually I am one with all of life then we have contributed to our experience. Can we change the whole of our experience of life to suit what we want? More than likely no is the answer because it is NOT always about you. The dynamic of unity is about the swirling energy of us all combining our individuation in the pool of life. In that we can become our goodness, affirm unification with others, create communion in how we relate, change the ways we act and respond in our relationships and powerfully show up in our integrity.
This opens up the belief I CREATE THE WHOLE OF MY REALITY to include a much more complex and detailed relationship to this simplified explanation of creation. It also highlights our narcissism and obsession with creation to embrace this about ourselves and integrate our divinity that is NOT all about what we want. It is rational and reasonable to view our creative potential in this way that includes our magical thinking along with the reality of our human existence. This will breed great self esteem and confidence in ways you may not yet know that benefit not only yourself and how you create but the people we live and create with.
